Cancellation Policy
📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling:
All changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations will result in loss of your deposit.
🚫 No-Call / No-Show Policy:
No-call/no-shows will be charged 50% of the service total and will be banned from booking any future appointments.
💳 Deposits:
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
This goes toward your remaining balance. Final payment is accepted via cash or Apply pay only.
👥 No Extra Guests:
No guests allowed — please arrive alone to your appointment.
⏰ Late Arrivals:
There is a 10-minute grace period.
If you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be canceled and must be rescheduled with a new deposit.
